- Christmas camp
We announce it within days, here and on @cbgrupbarna. - In January
- Easter and summer
Both editions at once: dates, weeks and when registration opens.

Camp fact sheet
Everything in one place, so you don't have to hunt through the page for it. The last completed edition is Summer 2026; dates for the next one are announced here and on @cbgrupbarna.
- What it is
- A basketball skills camp. Not a summer club with a ball: each week works on one specific part of the game.
- Who runs it
- CB Grup Barna × Time Chamber. The club provides the structure and the coaches; Time Chamber, the individual-work method.
- Where
- La Nau del Clot, Barcelona. The club's own venue.
- Address
- Carrer de la Llacuna, 170-172 · 08018 Barcelona · Clot, Sant Martí district.
- Getting there
- Metro L1 Glòries and L2 Clot · Rodalies Clot-Aragó · buses at Clot and Glòries. Walking distance from Westfield Glòries.
- Who it's for
- Seven age groups, from Escoleta to Júnior. Groups are set by age and level, so a beginner never trains alongside someone who has been competing for years.
- Boys and girls
- Yes. The camp is mixed, and the club has real parity between its girls' and boys' sides.
- Do you have to be a Barna player?
- No. It is open to players from any club in Barcelona and the province. Club players get priority and their own price.
- When
- In summer, in consecutive weeks from late June to early August. The 2026 edition ran from 23 June to 1 August.
- Hours
- Full day 9:00 to 17:00 · half day 9:00 to 13:30.
- Price
- Depends on the modality and whether you play for the club. Not published on the site: message us with the age and we'll give it to you the same day. Payment in instalments available.
- Lunch
- Included in the full day. The half day ends before lunch.
- Extras
- Early drop-off in the morning, lunch on the full day, and a Friday trip to Illa Fantasia.
- What is worked on
- Shooting, ball handling, one-on-one play, individual fundamentals and reading the game. Each week has its own focus, so coming for more than one week never means repeating.
- Who coaches
- The club's own coaches and Time Chamber's. Robert Willett and Nolan Willett (NBA skills trainers), Ainhoa López (professional player, Spain international), Malak Shady (3x3 MVP), Serge Ibaka (2019 NBA champion) and Yankuba Sima (EuroLeague) have all been through.
- How many
- More than 200 players per edition, with a cap of around 50 places a week to keep the coach-to-player ratio.
- Language
- Catalan and Spanish. International guest coaches work in English, with translation.
- How to sign up
- By WhatsApp on +34 698 425 153 or through the club's form. Recent editions have filled up before they started.
What the Barna camp is
The basketball camp run by CB Grup Barna is the intensive training programme the club organises during the school holidays in the El Clot neighbourhood. It is not a leisure activity with a ball: it is skills training, with sessions dedicated to one specific part of the game and groups made by age and level.
The club runs it with Time Chamber, which brings the individual training methodology. That combination is what defines the camp: the repetition volume of a skills academy with the team atmosphere of the club of El Clot: sixty-one years of history and the largest youth structure in the city of Barcelona, with 34 teams on the Catalan Federation register.
Why inside a club, and not in a rented venue
- A camp inside a club, not on a court passed through
- The camp runs at La Nau del Clot, the club's own facility, not a space hired for the occasion. The city's big camps work out of rented venues and change courts from year to year; we train there all season, with the same coaches and the same badge on the wall.
- Skills work that goes back to no team gets lost
- An intensive week improves a player's shot or handle. If in September they go back somewhere nobody knows what they worked on, it fades. Here the camp coaches and the season coaches are the same people and they talk to each other: what is worked on in July carries into October.
- We keep tracking players during the camp too
- Our players don't stop being followed because it is summer: what shows up at the camp goes into their record and reaches their season coach.
- And we watch the ones who come from outside
- The camp is open to any club, and for the Barna it is also the best way to meet players we don't know yet. Someone from another club trains and goes home just the same; but if they fit and they're interested, they already know where the door is.
Who coaches
What separates a skills camp from a holiday club with a ball is not what the leaflet says: it is the coaches who turn up. The day-to-day work is led by the coaches of the club and of Time Chamber, to the same standard as during the season. And every edition invites people who do not usually set foot in a club camp:
- Robert Willett — NBA coach (@bballwillett), within the Time Chamber Experience × CB Grup Barna. See the session in El Clot →
- Nolan Willett — skills coach, also with Time Chamber in El Clot. See the session →
- Serge Ibaka — 2019 NBA champion, visiting the camp. See the visit →
- Yankuba Sima — EuroLeague player, session at the Barna camp. See the session →
- Ainhoa López — professional player and Spain international, developed on this very court in El Clot. @ainhoalopez_official
- Malak Shady — 3x3 MVP and a leading figure in street basketball. @malakshady_22
These are not collaborations announced in a press release: they are recorded, published and can be watched. That is the difference between a camp that puts a well-known name on the cover and a camp where that name steps onto the court.
And outside the summer
The summer camp is the bulk of it, but not the only skills week of the year. During the school holidays the club runs two short editions in the same place and with the same methodology:
- Christmas camp — between late December and early January.
- Easter camp — the Flow Camp, one week during the school holidays.
If what you want is to understand what skills training actually means before signing anyone up, that is explained on Basketball skills training in Barcelona.
The camp and the club's 3x3
The camp is not Barna's only summer fixture in El Clot. The club also runs the 3×3 Westfield Glòries, a FIBA-registered tournament with €2,000 in prizes —€1,000 for the women's and €1,000 for the men's, split equally, unique in Barcelona—, 10 categories and three venues in the neighbourhood. Many families do both: camp on summer mornings, tournament on a June weekend.

How it is organised

Shooting Academy
Shooting, in every situation.
One & One Mastery
One-on-one play: fakes and attacking creativity.
Ballhandling Lab
Ball handling and dribbling under pressure.
Skills Lab Experience
Combined skills work: the finale of the edition.

Camp guests
Something not every club can say: players and coaches at the top of the game have come to the camp to train with our kids. Not a photo visit — on court, running the session. We split them into three groups because not everything was filmed in the same place: first what happened at La Nau del Clot, then the work by coaches and elite players with Time Chamber, our camp partner.

Who it is aimed at
Children who play basketball or want to start, whether they are with CB Grup Barna or come from another club. Each week the club reserves places for its own players and places open to players from outside, and groups are closed by age and level so that nobody trains above or below where they belong.
If your child has not started yet and is between 4 and 8, the natural route is not the camp but the Escoleta, the club's basketball school, which runs all year with Julio Torralba.
Next edition
The dates of the next edition and the opening of registration are announced on this page and on @cbgrupbarna. Recent editions have filled up before starting, so the safe way in is to ask for advance notice: the club writes to everyone on the list when places open, a day before publishing it.
Frequently asked questions
Which coaches and players have visited the camp?
Recent editions have hosted Ainhoa López, a professional player and Spain international who trained in El Clot; Robert Willet (@bballwillett), an NBA skills trainer; and Malak Shady, a basketball creator and 3x3 MVP. They don't drop in for a photo: they run sessions on court with the camp players.
How many players came to the camp in summer 2026?
Around 150 girls and boys across the six weeks of the 2026 edition, in groups by age and level and with a limit of roughly 50 places per week. Players came both from CB Grup Barna and from other clubs in Barcelona and the province.
What ages is the basketball camp for?
The CB Grup Barna camp is for youth players, from Escoleta age up to cadet and junior categories. Groups are organised by age and level, so a child who's just starting doesn't train alongside someone who's been competing for years.
Do you have to play for CB Grup Barna to sign up?
No. The camp is open to players from any club in Barcelona and the province. Every week there are places for Barna players and places for players from outside.
How many places are there per week?
The camp works with a limit of around 50 places per week to keep a good coach-to-player ratio. Weeks fill up in registration order, and recent editions have sold out before starting.
Where is the camp held?
In the El Clot neighbourhood, Sant Martí District of Barcelona. La Nau del Clot is CB Grup Barna's main sports venue.
When does registration open for the next edition?
The dates for the next edition are announced on this page and on Instagram (@cbgrupbarna). Anyone who wants to be notified before it opens to the public can ask via the club's WhatsApp (+34 698 425 153) and will be added to the notification list.
When is the summer camp? Dates and weeks
In summer, in consecutive weeks from late June to early August. The 2026 edition ran from 23 June to 1 August: six weeks, and each one can be booked separately. The dates for the next edition are announced on this page and on Instagram (@cbgrupbarna).
